Document Requirements

After submitting your applications, please email the following documents to gsablan@mymarianas.com or submit them in person at the Marianas Visitor's Office.

INDIVIDUAL TOUR GUIDES:
• Copy of passport, Permanent Resident Card, or other Work Visas (CWs must be employed in the tour industry)
• Copy of valid Driver’s License
• Verification of Employment (Tour Guides employed by Tour Company only)
• Original Police and Traffic Clearance dated within a month of the application submission

TOUR OPERATORS/INDEPENDENT OPERATORS:
• Business License
• MVA Membership Certificate
• Representative Letter of Authorization
• Bank Statement bearing the company name
• Map of Business Location
• Employee listing (to be provided quarterly or when updated)
